| Twinpitch* Twinpitch started DJ-ing as a hobby in 1995 when DJ´s and acts like Todd Terry, DJ Sneak and Byron Stingly were the hottest records on the Turntables. Instead to a lot of other DJ´s they did not chose this hobby to get more chicks, nope, they did it just for the love of house music! So it was only a question of time till Christian „chrizz“ Metz and Alexander „pwned“ Bock met each other in a local recordstore near Schweinfurt where they did their weekly record buying. In 1999 they made their first official DJ-appearences on local house parties and at the wellknown club „planet house“ f.k.a. „nil“!!! After playing more and more solo gigs in Würzburg, Schweinfurt, Kitzingen and Bayreuth they have decided to DJ together. Now they are rocking the best house-clubs across germany as Twinpitch since 2002. Apart from their guest-gigs across germany they also work a continuous recidency in Bad Kissingens infamous Mellowclub, where they´ve played with DJ´s like DJ Falcon, DJ Tocadisco, The Tune Brothers, DJ Divinety, The Strike Boys, Groove Rebels and many more. In 2005 they released their first record called „debut“, an electrohouse-styled track produced by Vincent Vega. The next Twinpitch record „metro“ ,including remixes by Groove Rebels, Timo di Roy and Project Hubraum is just on its way and represents the style Twinpitch loves the most - dirty grooving electrohouse beats! . |
